International Taxes and Duties

We cannot control or take responsibility for any duties or taxes applied to your package during delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility. SECTION 10 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Lost Orders

In the unfortunate event that our shipping carrier deems your order “lost,” we will either dispatch a replacement at our expense or offer you a full refund.

Return Policy

Your item is eligible for return if it meets one or more of the following criteria:

• The printed image is unclear.
• The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
• The received package is incorrect compared to your order.
• The item is damaged due to delivery, torn, or dirty.
• The order is not in the correct size, color, or style as per your order.
• Any other mistakes caused by us.

If your product has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or our website, providing pictures of the errors along with your order number. Once we verify the issue, iRunShop will either refund or exchange the item for you.

Note: Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds Policy

When your item qualifies for a refund (see conditions in the Return Policy section), we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or original payment method used for the order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, it will be sent back in the same manner it was received to ensure a fast and secure process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

All products undergo a quality control check before being shipped to you. However, if you encounter any of the following issues when opening the package, please contact us immediately with your order number and a picture of the problem:

• The printed image is unclear.
• The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
• The received package is incorrect compared to your order.
• The item is damaged due to delivery, torn, or dirty.
• The order is not in the correct size, color, or style as per your order.
• Any other mistakes caused by us.

Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement product.

Please note that we are not responsible for the size if we made it as per your request. However, in the case of shipping the wrong size compared to your order, our standard policy will apply.
