Return Policy

Your purchase may qualify for a return under one or more of the following conditions:

  • The printed image on the apparel, shoes is blurred or indistinct.
  • The printed image is off-center on the shirt, shoes.
  • You've received a package that does not match your order.
  • The item is damaged upon delivery, showing signs of tearing or staining.
  • The received product differs in size, color, or style from what was ordered.
  • Any other mistakes that can be attributed to our error.

If the product you've received meets any of the criteria above, please reach out to us through email or our website, including pictures of the errors and your order number. We will process a refund or exchange once the issue is confirmed to be valid.

Refund Policy

If your item is eligible for a refund according to our RETURN POLICY, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

The refund will be credited to the same credit card or original method of payment that was used to place the order. Since the refund is a reversal of your payment, it will be returned in the same manner it was received. This process ensures the refund is both swift and secure.

  • Off-center printed image on the shirt.
  • Receipt of an incorrect package against the order.

NOTE: Please consult our Sizing Charts before making a purchase. If the item is manufactured according to your requested size, we cannot take responsibility for size-related issues. However, if we ship the wrong size in comparison to what was ordered, we will adhere to the exchange policy as outlined above.


How long does it take to receive my order?

What is your return policy?

Our return policy permits returns within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original condition and include all tags and labels. Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, customers will bear the cost of return shipping. What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us and we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
